SHEseido Women’s Leadership Network

Our Culture

As a female-led industry, it’s incredibly important for us to help women at Shiseido succeed. The SHEseido Women’s Leadership Network was established in 2018 and is a resource group that gives employees opportunities to grow and develop in their career, including networking events, leadership talks and more.

In addition, Shiseido Americas’ employees receive a company paid membership to Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), a professional organization that brings together beauty professionals at every stage of their career and gives members access to a global community for mentorship, networking and access to industry influencers. CEW helps its members, and the industry as a whole, take empowered next steps towards a more beautiful future.

InVenT Program

Our InVenT Program gives employees a way to submit their ideas related to company-wide business improvements. Once a year, teams come together to submit proposals, and the top teams are flown in from across the Americas to pitch their ideas to senior leadership. Former winning ideas have been incorporated into successful company-wide initiatives.
