We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 2nd to August 1st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. Responsibilities:

• Develop clear and concise documentation - Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply & demand teams
• Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for business process optimization initiatives
• Assist in scheduling and facilitating project meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups
• Lead a small-scale value-added project under supervision, focusing on an aspect of S&OP for the Business Process Optimization team
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at the end of the internship
  

Requirements:

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree.  
• Highly motivated, self-starting individual & strategic thinker
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Desire to obtain intermediate Visio and PowerPoint skills
• Desire to learn supply network planning
• Interest in process optimization & project management
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment 
• Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
