We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 2nd to August 1st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. About our Drunk Elephant Team:

Drunk Elephant is comprised of a team of people who are deeply committed to the idea that skin is skin, and everyone, everywhere, deserves happy, healthy skin (and hair). In other words, we’re serious about helping people and formulating the most effective skincare possible, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Assist in planning, developing and executing marketing initiatives
  • Prepare competitive and internal data collection to support forecasting and monthly reporting
  • Develop and execute US 360 launch plans
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from past launches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Support US Marketing team in daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree  
  • Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized 
  • Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented 
  • Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment 
  • Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
