The Circle of TRUST 8 Awards
The Circle of TRUST 8 Awards is our signature peer-to-peer Recognition Program, created to celebrate employees who bring our working principles — known as "TRUST 8" — to life in meaningful ways. Since its launch in 2022, the program has received more than 1,400 nominations, recognizing employees across the organization whose contributions have had a real impact on their teams, our culture, and the business.
The Circle of TRUST 8 Awards reflects a simple belief: great work is defined not only by what we achieve, but by how we achieve it. By recognizing employees who lead with integrity, collaboration, innovation, and respect, we help build a culture where people feel seen, encouraged, and inspired to grow, contribute, and thrive.
