JOB SUMMARY
Join a globally recognized, leading clinically driven skincare brand grounded in decades of dermatological expertise.
Working in close partnership with Dr. Dennis Gross and Carrie Gross, this role translates clinical insight and science-backed innovation into category-leading products and distinctive brand storytelling.
Positioned at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and creation, this leader defines the innovation roadmap, strengthens and scales core franchises, and builds a portfolio rooted in clinical credibility, proven results, and meaningful consumer impact.
This role defines how the brand shows up globally, setting a clear standard for authority, consistency, and distinction across every product, campaign, and consumer touchpoint.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Global Brand, Portfolio and Innovation Strategy
• Define and drive the global brand vision, positioning, and long-term growth strategy
• Translate consumer insight, market dynamics, and business priorities into clear brand, portfolio, and innovation direction
• Own and lead the 3 year global innovation pipeline and roadmap, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, consumer needs, and growth priorities
• Establish a clear, differentiated brand voice and storytelling framework across all touchpoints
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to expand relevance, strengthen equity, and accelerate growth
• Ensure alignment across brand strategy, portfolio priorities, innovation pipeline, and business performance
Integrated Marketing and Global Activation
• Define and lead global marketing strategy for launches, core franchises, and brand-building initiatives
• Ensure all programs are insight-led, differentiated, and aligned to brand priorities
• Oversee development of global toolkits, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets
• Drive alignment with regional teams to translate global strategy into best-in-class local execution
• Maintain consistency, clarity, and quality across markets and channels
Creative Leadership
• Set and elevate the global creative direction across all consumer touchpoints
• Ensure all creative output is distinctive, consistent, and aligned to brand strategy
• Direct and shape creative development through clear feedback and decision-making
• Champion storytelling that connects product truth with compelling, consumer-relevant narratives
Communications Strategy
• Define and lead the integrated communications strategy across brand, product, and corporate priorities
• Ensure a cohesive and consistent narrative across paid, earned, owned, and internal channels
• Drive partnership with Communications to amplify innovation, brand moments, and executive visibility
• Elevate how the brand is represented internally and externally
Founder and HQ Alignment
• Act as the primary global point person for Founders and HQ Corporate Strategy
• Align and drive decisions on brand vision, strategic priorities, and innovation roadmap
• Translate direction into clear, actionable strategies across teams and regions
• Represent and advocate for the brand in senior forums with a strong, informed point of view
Business Performance and Planning
• Lead and own global marketing budget planning, allocation, and optimization
• Define and enforce success metrics and accountability to business and brand outcomes
• Lead performance reviews and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights
• Lead the annual and long-range strategic planning process
Cross Functional Leadership
• Lead alignment across Product Development, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams
• Drive prioritization and decision-making across key initiatives and launches
• Ensure executional alignment across stakeholders and functions
Leadership and Operating Style
• Lead, build, and develop high-performing teams across Global Marketing, Creative, and Communications
• Operate as a hands-on, player-coach leader, balancing strategic leadership with direct execution
• Step in and drive critical work forward where needed in a lean organization
• Establish clarity, structure, and discipline while maintaining speed and agility
• Foster and model a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Marketing.
- Equally strategic, analytical, creative and pragmatic
- Strong leader with flexibility and ability to move quickly in a fast paced environment; commands authority
- A strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L required
- Must have a proven track record in successfully launching new products and executing innovative, digitally integrated marketing programs.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
