  • You will drive innovation through trend research, competitive shopping, and supplier ideation to introduce new materials, finishes, and concepts aligned to evolving consumer needs and category direction.
  • You will develop and negotiate commercial terms (pricing, lead times, MOQs, shipping terms as applicable) and present clear cost comparisons and recommendations to support approvals.
  • You will drive cost optimization and value engineering by partnering with Brand and Creative to propose material, construction, or vendor alternatives that improve functionality and reduce cost.
  • You will identify, lead, and implement optimal sourcing strategies across categories supporting all region’s needs.
  • You will identify, lead, and implement continuous improvements to improve efficiency.
  • You will collaborate with suppliers to develop prototypes and samples; provide clear feedback and iterate quickly to achieve brand, quality, sustainability, and functional requirements.
  • You will own vendor management across the lifecycle by communicating specifications, managing timelines, and resolving production, quality, and delivery issues in partnership with Operations and the distribution center.
  • You will manage project timelines and ensure all Promotional Development dates and milestones within the Creative Calendar and Creative Request Process are met with high accuracy (item setup, quoting, cost optimization, purchase order creation/assignment, and delivery to the warehouse).
  • You will prepare, process, and track purchase orders for locally sourced items; ensure compliance with warehouse requirements and support smooth inbound execution; on-time, in-full.
  • You will track progress against quarterly sustainability KPIs and recommend material and sourcing improvements that support sustainability targets.
  • You will participate in weekly and bi-weekly cross-functional meetings with Operations, Creative, and Brand teams to provide updates, escalate risks/delays, and align on next steps.
