JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Manager, Ecommerce is responsible for supporting the Ecommerce team to execute end-to-end implementation and maintenance of NARSCosmetics.com. This includes a variety of tasks including but not limited to merchandising, reporting and .com development execution. The candidate will serve as primary liaison across teams to execute on-site asset configuration, merchandising updates, and site optimizations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

eMerchandising

  • Responsible for all site merchandising, product set up, site audits, and overall maintenance from the testing to production life cycle with support from corporate shared service partners.
  • Brief content and linking strategies for all new product launches and promotions across devices.
  • Lead QA for all site updates and optimizations and deliver feedback on behalf of the brand team.
  • Responsible for flagging and documenting onsite bugs. Key point of contact for bug fixes with external development partners until project completion.
  • Develop and maintain the user experience as it relates to promotional materials.

Project Management

  • Create, submit, and track content creative briefs for regional commercial needs.
  • Build technical requirements for shared service teams and external partners for IT to launch and maintain ongoing program enhancements.
  • Oversee monthly web development sprint prioritization based on site enhancements roadmap and complete UAT accordingly.
  • Lead UAT for IT development and customer experience projects.
  • Organize, manage, and distribute assets to cross-functional partners.

Analytics

  • Leverage analytical tools (GA4, Tableau, SFCC) to assure that the customer journey is optimized.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to record onsite performance.
  • Monitor KPIs during key tentpole moments to identify real-time optimization opportunities.
  • Circulate reports and share information during key meetings to highlight wins, challenges, opportunities, top products, and regional initiatives.

Supply & Marketing Operations

  • Monitor inventory levels and performance to provide recommendations of products to replenish that are tied to upcoming initiatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Customer Service to address feedback and confirm US eCommerce Calendar cadence.
  • Review E&O list on a monthly cadence to identify eCommerce sell-through opportunities.
  • Place purchase orders for Virtual Artists & Customer Service teams to support product-related inquiries & virtual artist consultations.
  • Build & brief SEO requirements to shared services based on agency recommendations.
  • Maintain competitive industry overviews during key periods.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience with a fashion, retail or beauty brand 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience analyzing data and communicating findings in reports/presentations
  • Passion for the beauty industry

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.

$80,688 - $121,032/ year
