JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator, Customer Account Services will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of clients' orders are analyzed, processed, and monitored in a timely manner. Provide operational support for multiple key wholesale accounts which generate at least $50 mil in revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will monitor customer order flow and services multiple customers and facilities.
- You will be processing customer orders for major retail customers.
- You will be providing effective support and order coordination from forecast to confirmed shipping.
- You will coordinate special requests, promotions, and sales activity between customers and facilities.
- You will support Account Executives (AE’s) in managing allocations while following strict deadline expectations.
- You will be partnering with the distribution center and inventory control when researching discrepancies, and partners with transportation to ensure shipments are following timetables.
- You will ensure account contractual obligations are met through problem solving and analytical skills. Troubleshoots orders as needed.
- You will analyze discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to reconcile.
- You will be building relationships with field personnel and corporate partners.
- You will be working closely with wave planning and allocation personnel to prioritize customer shipments.
- You will be acting as a liaison between the distribution center and the customer in the administration of accounts.
- You will perform additional duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are required to have 3+ years’ Customer Service and/or Supply Chain experience.
- You are preferred to have a BA/BS.
- You are required to have the ability to analyze data and proactively identify business opportunities.
- You are required to have strong organization and communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
- You are required to have excellent written and interpersonal skills.
- You are required to have a positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail oriented.
- You are required to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric teamwork environment.
- You are required to have a good attitude for problem solving and willingness to find answers when there is no clear roadmap.
- You are required to have a strong aptitude for learning new software systems and applications.
- You are required to have comfort and speed with PC applications such as MS Excel, Solid Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- You are required to have knowledge of EDI orders, SAP or similar ERP or WMS systems

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location. Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a full range of benefits.
