JOB SUMMARY
- You will be responsible for defining and addressing Quality Improvement opportunities in all GMP areas.
- You will have extensive knowledge of cGMPs and quality processes and be procedures.
- You will be accountable for the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and investigations for non-conforming products and materials.
- You will conduct customer complaint investigations and identify solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- You will document customer complaints and maintain accurate data.
- If investigation is required, you will work collaboratively across the organization to conduct, document and present a thorough investigation to appropriate audiences and prepare CAPA to prevent recurrence.
- You will carefully manage the receipt, recording and storage of all customer complaint samples in the database
- You will be responsible for generating the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR)
- You will support the preparation of non-conformance reporting, deviation, consumer complaint investigations, and metrics reports.
- You will take action to closure on all CAPA implementations, verification and tracking.
- You will participate in Internal Quality Audits, reporting observations and other potential concerns to appropriate parties and present findings.
- You will provide GMP Training to other departments as needed
- You will research and prepare data needed to support monthly quality metrics reporting
WHO YOU ARE
- You have up to 2 years of QA/QC experience in pharmaceutical, personal care or cosmetic industries.
- You have a strong working knowledge of attribute and variable inspections
- You have cGMP experience in Internal Auditing processes.
- You have a Bachelors' degree from a 4-year university in either a science or engineering discipline.
- You have strong mathematical, technical and problem-solving skills; decision making, data collection and analysis.
- You can multi-task, work independently.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and solid computer skills with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- SAP or other production system environment experience a plus.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
