Senior Coordinator, HR Operations Center (Group)

Job Summary:

Responsible for facilitating all HR functions including the coordination of HR system operations/transactions including, but not limited to: hiring, transfers, terminations, etc. and other administrative transactions/processes that take place during an employee’s organizational life cycle as well as special projects and system validation.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:                                                                                                   

·         Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met

·         Liaise with other HR functional areas (payroll, benefits etc.)

·         Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda

·         Coordinate training sessions and seminars

·         Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires

·         Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

·         Create Process Guidelines

·         Manage I-9 Auditing

·         Manage BE Severance letter process

·         Manage Fleet Car Program & Invoicing

·         Manager Vehicle Allowance program with Car Data & Invoicing

·         Manage HR Operations Mailbox, ensure timely responses

·         Manage Unemployment Claims (ADP Module)

·         Manage Gratis Program in collaboration with Customer Service team

·         Manage CEW professional membership enrollment Program & Invoicing

·         Manage employee acknowledgement gift program with Tiffany & Co. Account - Longevity, Births, Weddings & Invoicing

·         Manage HRG/Concur travel program

·         Manage American Express Corporate Card Program

·         Serve as point of contact for HR Operation

·         Identify and suggest process efficiencies

·         Assist HRBP’s on an as needed basis

·         Assist with special projects

Qualifications & Competencies:


·         College degree preferred

·         Minimum 1- 2 years of related work experience

·         Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

·         Self-starter, pro-active, self-motivated, multi-tasker, flexible, agile

·         Excellent inter-personal skills, effective presenter, detail orientated, collaborator, relationship builder

·         Ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment

·         Ability to handle data with confidentiality

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills

·         Drive results and meet deadlines

·         Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing a heavy volume of work.

·         Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

·         Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems SAP a plus
