Job Description: 

This position will lead global digital commerce, CRM and innovation strategies for Drunk Elephant. Responsible for leading the development, growth and optimization of total digital commerce (, and pure player), CRM and loyalty with the global markets. Lead the strategic implementation of the digital consumer experience working in partnership with global stakeholders.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategy and roll out of global digital roadmaps and campaigns with appropriate content packages for all markets and regions
  • Leverage US to create local market brand sites and evaluate brand e-commerce opportunity + e-retailer 3-year business plan and strategy/innovation roadmap
  • Evaluate and make recommendations for platform selection to roll out to international markets
  • Provide strategic support and help grow sales and profit performance of local market and total digital commerce businesses
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a new market launch package including business case template, resource guidelines, site assets and KPI’s
  • Supports the US flagship site with oversight of web design,  and associated e-commerce technologies
  • Oversee strategy, business case, budget, selection and development of new global innovations and roadmaps: ie:  app development, mobile first experiences, content hub, collaborate with vendors and with Shiseido Tech HUB
  • Scout incremental opportunities via new channels (i.e. Pure Players, Social Commerce, Cross Border, E-Retail, etc.) and build business cases and ROI models
  • Partner with global marketing to develop exclusive e-com programs, across product, service and other relevant categories.
  • Lead strategic development and roll out of a global loyalty program
  • Responsible for establishing CRM goals and strategies for local markets
  • Responsible for delivering global digital toolkits that include web and CRM activations for product launches and major global campaigns
  • This role will be responsible for evaluating the current NA Ecommerce sites and assessing the need to transition to a relevant platform for global roll out

Business Oversight

  • Collaborate + create P&L of current markets, put growth strategies in place based on trends/roadmaps, etc.
  • Establish consistent market reporting for CRM and digital commerce (sales and forecasting)
  • Establish investment levels for site, activations, CRM, innovation
  • Assess market readiness for digital commerce launch or expansion
  • Identify new business opportunities and build business cases
  • Manage global digital budget that supports innovations, pilots/test and market support for CRM/loyalty

  • 10+ year’s digital marketing experience, expertise in digital trends and innovations
  • 8+ years of ecommerce experience, full P&L management

  • Proven influencing and collaboration skills
  • Management experience, talent development experience
