Job Summary:

Responsible for the development and execution of holiday, seasonal kits, channel exclusives and saleable minis from inception to market.
Work with Executive Director to ensure programs support the brands strategic objectives and meet timelines and deliverables.
Reports to the Executive Director, Global Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop kit product mixes that are true to the brand’s philosophy and serve to recruit new consumers.
Lead creative and operational briefing process including new program kickoff, packaging, visual merchandising,  go-to-market assets and campaign briefs.
Partner with copy team to development kit names, packaging and PDP copy that reflects the brand values  and tone of voice.
Lead discussions with International teams to identify local needs and channel priorities to develop product mixes, pricing and value propositions that supports international growth.
Collaborate with Creative, NPD, Operations and other cross-functional teams to track status and ensure on-time delivery from kick off through launch, offering solutions and course corrections when development stalls.
Work with Education and Creative teams to develop compelling go-to-market assets including videos and social content.
Create all program offering communications inclusive of pricing, forecasting guidelines and 360 go-to-market support strategies.
Responsible for developing cost feasibilities and maintaining category profitability, ensuring all programs meet margin targets and support business objectives.
Drive digital first asset development in partnership with Global Creative and Digital teams providing clarity on deliverables, best practices and messaging priorities while ensuring they align with the global marketing strategy.
Develop a deep and thorough understanding of the promotional landscape and deliver annual holiday competitive analysis.
Maintain history of sales results globally, summarizing success and improvements to inform future programs.

Qualifications & Competencies:

College degree, 5+ years of work experience in marketing (cosmetics preferred).
Keen attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback.
Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills.
A passionate, energetic team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance analytics with creativity in a strategic thought process.
Ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment.
Software expertise – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
