Senior Manager, eCommerce and eMarketing (Shiseido)

Job Summary:

This position will help lead the US ecommerce team to drive sales growth on Shiseido.com.  The candidate will work to achieve aggressive sales targets by developing and implementing ecommerce marketing (including email/CRM, brand paid search and affiliate channels) and site performance strategies which drive traffic and conversion.  She/He will collaborate closely with US marketing and media partners to execute marketing programs flawlessly and take a lead role in driving CRM strategy.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute traffic, conversion and site performance strategies for Shiseido.com.  Build financial models that support strategic recommendations.  Gain buy in from senior team members.
  • Lead development of online marketing strategies and marketing calendar to promote programs on site and through emails.
  • In partnership with DSS, drive CRM and site personalization to create relevant, value-added, engaging customer experiences to exceed RFM goals.   
  • Partner with media team to support Shiseido.com during on-going and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of the sampling program on Shiseido.com.
  • Advocate for product and marketing needs to drive Shiseido.com business.
  • In partnership with Director- Ecommerce, take a hands on role in building and maintaining the Ecommerce P&L.  Responsible for delivering programs on time and within budget programs.
  • Partner closely with DSS Customer Experience team to assure that marketing and promotion plans are followed through with best in class customer experience programs.
  • Oversee Coordinator- Ecommerce who supports the execution of ecommerce marketing.

    Qualifications & Competencies:
  • 7-10 years experience in online marketing in ecommerce
  • Leadership in digital space and knowledge of digital innovations
