CRM Marketing Coordinator (bareMinerals)

The Coordinator, CRM is responsible for supporting all CRM campaigns including email, direct mail, loyalty program, etc.  The Coordinator will work closely with the CRM team and key stakeholders in Creative, Ecommerce, Retail, US marketing, IT, vendors and more to ensure timely delivery of CRM campaigns. The Coordinator, CRM is also responsible for supporting the activities of the brand’s multi-channel loyalty program.            

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals
  • Build and manage retention marketing annual calendar to ensure that all campaigns are created, updated, and scheduled
  • Collaborate closely with US Marketing, Retail and Ecommerce on retention marketing calendar, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Handle day-to-day email program management, ensuring the successful execution of triggered, transactional, loyalty and promotional campaigns
  • Work closely with digital creative services team to assist in project management aspects of email program
  • Work with email service provider, campaign production and platform operations teams to ensure success of marketing campaigns
  • Manage regular reporting and analytics for email marketing performance, A/B tests and other ad-hoc requests
  • Monitor competitor activities and log competitive intelligence to inform planning

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience working in email marketing
  • Highly detail and deadline oriented
  • Project management oriented, strong process skills
  • Self-starter; entrepreneurial spirit and capabilities
  • Experience at a retail company, with an interest in Beauty industry
  • Strong logical thinker and decision maker
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to deliver feedback in a coherent, respectful, and professional manner
  • Must be able to perform essential functions (with or without an accommodation) without posing a "direct threat" to the health and safety to self or others
