Coordinator, Global eCommerce and DTC Marketing (NARS)

Job Summary

The Coordinator, Global Ecommerce & DTC Marketing will support NARS Global Digital, Ecommerce and CRM teams on brand sites, retailer.com and pure player asset management, brand site refresh support, and online marketing needs. The role is strategic and responsible for supporting the launch of new ecommerce and online doors while ensuring the maintenance and integrity of campaign and product assets, as well as technology innovations, to successfully launch new collections, support global digital sales goals and meet CRM objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ASSET MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for management of global ecommerce calendar and SKU list, and creation of global creative requests for all NARS brand sites and retailer.com; work closely with global senior manager and regional teams to ensure all local requirements are captured.
  • Download global assets provided by creative and ensure that all requirements are captured in the delivery in a timely manner. Manage global site content asset rights usage.
  • Consolidate all feedback for global assets after delivered from creative and send to global senior manager to ensure any changes/needs are communicated to the creative services team.
  • Package product launch assets and deliver to regional teams. Liaise with Global Marketing and Regional Marketing on brand site and retailer site assets needs; attend weekly calls on upcoming collections and asset needs in collaboration with global senior manager.
  • Copy & creative project management, routing and follow up for all creative assets, developing and distributing creative briefs for homepage content, product listing and detail pages, email and digital media prior to on-counter dates.
  • Maintain global asset tracker and update library of digital assets including product images, collection imagery, and videos. Ensure all assets are organized, current, and easily searchable by regional and local partners.
  • Optimize asset delivery process as needed based on regional/local feedback, in order to create efficiencies.
  • Gather assets and developing template for a ecommerce/marketing site start-up package for regions. Support asset packages for always on and product launches for site launches, retailer.com and other online doors.

PRODUCT/DATABASE/SITE SUPPORT

  • Oversee monthly global All Hands call and bi-weekly regional project calls and lead communication of site experience/maintenance updates to all teams and vendors.
  • Ensure that all international changes announced are communicated to global senior manager, correctly captured in new product worksheet, and are communicated in a timely manner to all regional/local teams.
  • Request and gather additional product information (benefits, usage, claims, product pairings) from product marketing, product development, and Artist Training & Development teams per regional/local requests as needed.
  • Work with product marketing and creative services to secure and gather international variant products/comps for ecommerce photo shoots. Maintaining list of all new launch SKUs by Date, SKU, and other pertinent info. Distributing to regions quarterly
  • Store locator and other global third-party vendor maintenance: update global online door information as needed.

ONLINE MARKETING

  • Develop template & upkeep of eCommerce Marketing Calendar for Email cadence and Homepage
  • Support regional leads on asset needs for new brand site and retailer 360 launch plans, leveraging learnings from prior launches and defining opportunities based on local market nuances.
  • Support global senior manager on guiding regions and local markets on customer acquisition and retention tactics, leveraging learnings from global Ecommerce team tactics.
  • Support global online team and regional teams from a reporting & analytics perspective as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 1-3 years of experience and/or strong internships in related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience
  • Computer proficiency; word, excel, power point and internet
  • Analytical thinking
  • Creativity
