Associate Manager, Sales Allocation

Job Summary:

Main responsibilities include processing and tracking point of sale material allocations as well as maintaining various reports related to allocations for Shiseido Americas. This position supports the Senior Manager in sales analysis, product forecasting, and sales reporting.  A key priority is learning to effectively communicate and establishing relationships with internal and external partners.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and distribute product shipping reports
• Run weekly sell thru reports for broader distribution
• Process point of sale orders in accordance with monthly deadlines in a multi-branded environment
• Maintain product order forms for multiple brands
• Participate in bi-monthly brand status meetings with cross-functional teams
• Assist in maintenance of daily allocation logs
• Contribute to seasonal allocation planning files for new launches and promotional materials
• Distribute weekly out of stock reports

Qualifications & Competencies:

• College degree and a minimum of 3 years office experience.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, proficiency in SAP a plus.
• Executive maturity, strong analytical skills and the ability adhere to deadlines with speed and accuracy.
• Meticulous organization, excellent communication and consistent follow-through are a necessity
