Brand Manager, NARS, DE & CPB
Location: Miami, Florida Brand: NARS Date: 03/24/2023Job Summary:
Contribute on the execution of marketing strategies, marketing, and promotional plans and to the commercial development of Shiseido Travel Retail Americas and/or LATAM Local Markets Makeup and/or Fragrance brands. Work closely with each brand holder to ensure proper brand image across the region.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing
Prepare the marketing plan and work with sales to ensure timely execution of the plan
Main contact person for all marketing orders from each brand holder
Closely follow-up on purchase, receipt and requisition of newness and its promotional support to assure a timely launch across the region
Support on the creation and execution of marketing calendar: preparation of regional marketing books, samples, and promo support
Responsible for preparing and providing timely assortment to sales before the launch
Collaborate with marketing director(s) on the media plans for each brand
Manage proper allocation of POS materials for each brand
Prepare all marketing reports and presentations required by each brand on a monthly basis
Responsible for the pricing study and price savings analysis for each brand
Monthly reporting on brand performance (sell-in/sell-out report) to the team
Report quarterly analysis on competition in the makeup and cosmetics markets (promos, launches, prices)
Visual Merchandising
Maintain the image of each brand through proper use of merchandising: Follow-up closely on respecting visual rights on transparencies, merchandising guidelines and specific promotional layouts
Enhance the brand's DNA across the region by working closely with merchandising manager and brand holder in the development of new counters for each brand
Develop and communicate to the team on merchandising tools: Launch/promo layouts, update of regional planograms every semester, provide feedback on specific TR or LATAM merchandising needs
Assure visual merchandising/open sell updates are available and implemented on time along with the introduction of the newness
Symposiums & Seminars
Collaborate with Marketing Director on the organization and logistics of sales conferences, meetings, and events
Support Marketing Director on quarterly market research studies (ex. Generation Report)
Miscellaneous/Ad Hoc
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent
4-6 years of relevant work experience; industry related experience will be an added advantage
Good marketing acumen and good analytical skills
Good interpersonal skills and team player attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel upon request
