Job Summary:

The Coordinator, Customer Account Services will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of clients' orders are analyzed, processed and monitored in a timely manner. Provide operational support for one or more key wholesale accounts which generate at least $50 mil in revenue. The Specialist will be the primary liaison for the wholesale team and support initiatives as needed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer order flow and service across multiple customers and facilities.
  • Daily processing of customer orders for major retail customers.
  • Provide effective customer service support and order coordination from forecast to confirmed shipping.
  • Coordinate special requests, promotions, and sale activity between Customer and facilities.
  • Support Account Executives in managing allocations while following strict deadline expectations.
  • Partner with distribution center when researching discrepancies, ensuring shipments are following timetables.
  • Execute nightly order drop to distribution center in conjunction with corporate directives and partnering with inventory and planning teams.
  • Ensure account contractual obligations are met through problem solving and analytical skills. Trouble shoot orders are appropriate.
  • Navigate, monitor and pull data from internal and external client systems, proactively analyzing performance data for trends and potential optimizations.
  • Analyze discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to reconcile.
  • Build relationships with field personnel and corporate partners.
  • Work closely with distribution and allocation personnel to prioritize customer shipments.
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
  • Understand customer SLA’s and review KPI’s to ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Act as a liaison between the distribution center and the customer in the administration of accounts.
  • Additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 3+ years Customer Service/Supply Chain experience.
  • BA/BS Preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and proactively identify business opportunities.
  • Strong organization and communication skills and ability to multi task.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric teamwork environment.
  • Good attitude for problem solving and willingness to find answers when there is no clear roadmap.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new software systems and applications.
  • Comfort and speed with PC applications such as MS Excel, Solid Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of EDI orders, SAP or similar ERP or WMS systems
